Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested
Jide Omokore, chairman, Atlantic Energy Drilling Concepts Nigeria Limited, and
Andrew Yakubu, former group managing director (GMD) of the Nigerian National
Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
In a statement by the agency, the suspects would be arraigned on four
count charge before Binta Nyako, Justice of the Federal High Court in Abuja on
July 4.
Others to be charged alongside are Victor Briggs,
Abiye Memnere, David Mbanefo, Atlantic Energy Brass Development Limited and
Atlantic Energy Drilling Concepts Limited.
