NATIONAL
Industrial court on Thursday struck out a suit instituted by the Niger
government against Nigerian Labour Congress, Trade Union Congress and other
unions in the state following amicable out of court settlement.
Following application
for withdrawal by Gbadeola Egbeola, standing in for Jibrin Okutepa (SAN),
counsel to the plaintiff, the case was struck out by Justice Maureen

According to a
report, the respondents were absent and were not represented in court, hence,
the court struck out the case as prayed.
