NATIONAL
Industrial court on Thursday struck out a suit instituted by the Niger
government against Nigerian Labour Congress, Trade Union Congress and other
unions in the state following amicable out of court settlement.
Following application

According to a
report, the respondents were absent and were not represented in court, hence,
the court struck out the case as prayed.
