CHRISTIAN Association of Nigeria (CAN) will today inaugurate
an electoral college towards conducting election for the replacement of the
present National President, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor who is rounding off his
second term in office.
In a statement by the General Secretary of CAN, Rev’d Musa
Asake confirmed that the process to elect the successor to the two term
President of the association began yesterday, Wednesday while the inauguration
of the electoral college takes place today (Thursday).
“The application closes on March 30. Then on the 31st
(Thursday), the General Secretary is going to inaugurate an Electoral College,
whereby he will now hand over the list of those people that have applied for
the Electoral College for screening”, he said.
