Buhari’s Wife Unveils Nigeria Rebirth Art Project

WIFE of the President, Mrs Aisha Buhari on Thursday in Abuja unveiled the Nigeria Rebirth Art Project aimed at making Nigeria great.

Mrs Buhari, who is the Grand Patron of the rebirth was represented by the Wife of the Vice President, Mrs Dolapo Osinbajo at the event.

Explaining the goals of the project, said the rebirth would bring promote corruption-free society, nepotism and intimidation of the helpless Nigerians among others.

“The new Nigeria will make the country great as well as bring hope and prosperity to the country as a whole and to Africa in general. It will bring joy to us and generation after generation. Indeed, we will not rest until every Nigerian can enjoy equal opportunities to their dreams, pursue and achieve greatness in various field of their endeavours as people.

“The project will remind us that there is a drop and depth of greatness in every Nigerian. We are not yet there until all hands are on deck, we will achieve the desired change we all desire. I am happy, youths are ready for change mantra of the country and It is now left for them to actualise it", she said.

 

Speaking at the event, the National Coordinator of the Nigeria Rebirth Project, Mr Isaac Balami, said the project was an initiative of well-meaning Nigerians who believes in a new Nigeria and arr willing to make it a reality.

“The past and present challenges of our nation need to be confronted by the re-birthing of a new Nigeria to enable the country’s future reshaped. The tour across the globe would restore hope and faith of Nigerians in Diaspora to bring back home their expertise and knowledge towards building the new Nigeria of our collective dream", Balami said.

 

A young Ambassador, Maimunah Mustapha, who spoke on behalf of other young ambassadors, promised to redouble their efforts of making Nigeria great adding that Nigeria can only be changed by Nigerians.

“As Nigeria Rebirth Ambassadors, we will uphold and represent this Nigeria Rebirth symbol which is the collective dreams in the heart of every Nigerian. Today, a new spirit of nationhood is awakened in the hearts of millions of Nigerians, ushering a new frontier of true greatness and quality prosperity", Mustapha said.

 

Highlight of the occasion was presentation of certificates to hundreds of young Nigeria Rebirth Ambassadors from various schools.
